About this Product

Plastic bag holder decorated with herds of wild horses on the range.

Plastic bag storage is a snap with our attractive grocery bag holders. Use in kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom, car, etc. They hold plastic bags, snacks, pet treats, diapers, clean rags; and are very handy near your cat litter box. Hang anywhere -- on a hook/nail/knob, etc. -- or just stuff inside pantry/cabinet/under seat of the car. Remove bags from top OR bottom.

  • Hangs on hook - nail - knob
  • Stuff in pantry - cabinet - under seat of car
  • Remove bags from top or bottom
  • Width 10-1/4" wide (flattened) -- 20-1/2" circumference
  • Body of bag is 21-1/2" long, plus add 6-1/2" more for handle when hung.
  • Roomy enough to hold 50 to 60 plastic bags

Body and handle are quality cotton fabric; elastic gathers top and bottom; no raw edges. Handle is tacked at the top so the top edge won't turn wrong side out, exposing the "underside". Not a necessity for function; simply makes it look nicer when hanging.

Meet the Maker

I've been sewing since my first home economics class in 1960 - Beginning with clothing for myself, then for my two daughters.  And when my older daughter married 30 years ago, I made satin and lace jewelry bags for her attendants.  I've made a varied list of products for the home and for gift giving ever since.

When my husband retired in 2000, we moved from Florida to the North Carolina mountains and he joined in helping me create these items. We work well together as we take turns in the process of completing an item. A typical apron-making project will start with him cutting out the pieces and ironing the neck and waist ties, while I start stitching the side edges for him to press; and we alternate back and forth until it's done. Basically, I do most of the stitching on all our products, while he cuts, presses, turns, trims and uses the serger.

Let us help you find matching products such as an apron, plastic bag holder, and dish towel -- or a set of placemats and some matching coasters -- or some cute tissue covers for various rooms in your home -- or a handy casserole carrier to use at your next food gathering.

Each of our fabrics is assigned a 3 or 4 digit number to identify it. By inserting that number (that appears at the front of any listing) into the Search Box, you can locate other items in that same fabric. If you are wanting a particular product (one that you can see we already make); but don't see a listing for it, feel free to contact us to see if we are able to make it for you.
